Integrate BPD 17+

I love this app and Integrate Community

I really love now having an app to go with the Integrate BPD course. It’s really easy to use. It looks a lot like the website so there is no confusion over where you left off. The modules all have the ability to be downloaded so you can read even if there isn’t WiFi which means I can go through the course wherever I want to. And if reading on the screen is a problem I can print the chapter with the worksheets. So much comes with this community that is so valuable in healing from BPD or BPD tendencies. Ashley has truly done so well taking the research and explaining it to understand the original wound and how to grieve it. My world went from feeling really alone, feeling like my dark thoughts may be a lifelong curse, and that I’d never figure out how to have healthy relationships with others to now having a more integrated lens of reality, feeling more connected to the world than ever and discovering the real me for the first time! It’s not an easy process but you have so much support from peers and professionals! If you are debating whether or not to join Integrate I promise taking this leap will help you find what no other therapy can provide!!! Healing is possible!

Five + star app and program

I’m so glad this app came out! It’s very easy to navigate throughout the tabs and program. I love how organized each chapter is and the lecture videos are all easy to find and watch. If you need a refresher on some thing or want a quick read and don’t have much time- you can easily open the app and find what you’re looking for. You can also download any section you need if you want it accessible all the time. Overall, this makes digesting all the info much easier and is so helpful! This program was put together so well and makes it easy to understand very complex topics. (*This program will change your life in ways you would never imagine- it’s incredible and you’re worth it)

Life changing therapy

I’ve had countless therapists and this program is the only thing that has truly made me feel like my disorder is diminished. It’s absolutely changed my life. If you’ve tried countless therapies but feel like nothings worked and nothing ever will work - I implore you to join this program!!!!!! Seriously. It offers self administered therapy through modules, community and guidance. It’s a totally unique and cutting edge way to get at the root cause of the disorder. It’s completely science backed and evidence based too. I also recommend adding the coaching. It’s the best investment you could possibly make in yourself!
