- Activate or deactivate the dynamic key in Plin of amounts less than S/. 50.
- Acquire a Full Protection Insurance from the For You section.
- Receive a Push notification when your interbank transfer is rejected and you receive a refund.
- Request a 360 Insurance when you obtain a Salary Advance or when you make a Withdrawal without a Card.

Used to log in with my touch ID but I changed phones and would like to be able to sign in with Face ID. Thank you!

Terrible app

Since this was updated, the color of the expenses are black instead of red, so it’s very hard to see them. Also the payments appears in light green color instead of black so it’s very hard to see. The colors used to see the movements of money in the app are not intense enough to see without troubles.

Also it’s very hard to swipe from the bottom to the top as it usually makes the credit card bigger than it’s needed. The space to see the movements of the credit card should be the biggest space but on the contrary on this app the biggest space of the app is too see the credit card image. It doesn’t make sense

Also this new update of the app doesn’t have any feature to report bugs or feedback regarding the app

To make the matter worse if I want to make a transfer or payment, it will always show some sort of numbers even though I have Touch ID enable and then I will have to confirm. This makes the whole process slow

Also in the previous version of the app I was able to choose the color for each savings account

Also this bank it’s really slow in fixing bugs and lack of a good customer service

So far good

Lately im getting some glitches on it, so…
