App is not production ready

The app scores low on usability, aesthetics, and it is not what I would expect from a financial institution. Highly recommend that Intercam spend the money to bring the app and website up to 2020s standards. It will cost Intercam a good amount of money, but it will gain its customers’ respect.

IPad app needed

I use the app on my iPhone. It functions. Would like to see
1. Ability to copy and paste. For example, copy a numeric value and move it to a spread sheet, and the reverse.
2. Enable biometric log-on for phones with facial ID.
3. Clear statements when functions, such as adding a recipient, can only be done on a computer. (And, why can’t a new destination account be added with the “destination account registration” button on the home page).

In response to another review about inability to generate CVV codes, this has worked OK for me, but I’m puzzled as to why this is necessary and means I have to remember this step.

Stable and Functional for Basic Banking

I use the app to manage a checking account, and find that it does what I need done: manage the account, pay bills online, etc.
The security “token” process that once seemed overly cautious now looks reassuring.
