Imagine feeling already low and stressed for making a terrible decision and then waiting on the phone an hour sometimes two before anyone picks up. Then when they do the person doesn’t have an answer to your question and has to put you on hold and send you off to another representative where you wait on hold again for another hour or more before you can get a simple question or ask for help figured out. Many times you will be forced to drop because you won’t have time to listen to the automated on hold voice tell you that they are there for you 24x7 365 days a year. If that sounds like fun by all means choose this company. Know this. Once they have your money and the device is installed they have you because of the pain associated with going somewhere else. The compound your pain with more pain. Choose them at your own risk. The company really should also take stalk in their install service providers and get customer feedback on them. The one I had treated me like I was a convict and he was my boss even though he was the one who needed life help. If I was the owner of a company in charge of helping people get their lives going back in the right direction I can assure you it would be a well oiled machine and not some front for something else. Your choice and you’ve been honestly warned.

LCI device damages the glow plugs by having to constantly turn on the ignition. I’ve replaced the original glow plugs two months ago and now I’m having the same problem. LCI takes no accountability for their faulty products nor the damages it causes to my vehicle or the costs associated with replacing the device. I’ve already had to replace it 5 times and LCI won’t reimburse me for lost wages, fuel and vehicle repairs. You can blow into the device exactly the same way and get different readings. This is being done so eventually you have to bring in your vehicle and pay for an unscheduled calibration, costing more money. The warm up app does not work every time either. Oh ya and you will never get a passable reading by blowing for 3 seconds. In fact I can’t count the number of times I’ve started blowing and it automatically goes to blow harder, let’s try that again, breath out of range, breath out of profile, invalid sample and this is done when giving the exact same sample breath.

App doesnt find me as a driver. I’ve been with low cost 5 years now.
