Voice Quality Horrible and Tech Support Horrible and Unethical

To not have two phones is great. However, this app’s voice quality is horrible. Almost 100% of the time the person calling or I am calling cannot hear me, there is echoing, the sound goes in and out. The app only works at my home office, depending on what location I am in. I am probably going back to a business cell phone as a second phone because the app is almost useless outside of my home office.

Always down

We have the service at our office and my line is capable of using the soft phone, some times the service is great but the other time the calls never come through when forward.

This system is very much need for me as I tend to be out of the office and have calls transferred is a must but this system hasn’t been working so I’m looking to make other recommendations if this isn’t resolved.

Needs an update

Have been using this app for the past two years. It’s horrible. Calls constantly dropped or not connected (both WiFi and LTE). Lately the app crashes every time I start it on iOS 13. DO NOT UPGRADE to iOS 13 if you rely on this app. Anything better than this? At least update it!
