Great app and helpful people

I’m no newbie to IF, but the features of this app intrigued me. They initially ask you questions to recommend not only what fasting window you would benefit most from, but also provide meal plans! Although the recipes don’t change currently, Kate was very responsive with my recommendation to adding more to the meal plans. They also offer plenty of tips, additional recipes, and a community to ensure your success! I love this app and highly recommend it. The only other thing I would recommend is that the developers eventually all integration to MFP. Because I use both for my fitness journey and end up entering my water twice. MFP allows for more accurate tracking where this app only allows you to enter it in 8 oz intervals.

Very Basic app easy to use BUT

I was very excited to start my fasting journey, so I purchased the first app that popped up. App is easy to use but I feel I just paid for an over priced timer. The main part of the app that drives me crazy is that if I finish my 16-18 hours of fasting, why can’t my person touch the flag!!??? I’m doing a 16 hour fast, and going over my time but my person never touches the finished flag. It’s driving me nuts!! Just let me touch the darn flag! If I hit my goal. Let my person walk pass the flag, if I went over my time! I am having success in my fasting journey. But if my little person never gets to get to touch the flag, I have to get a new app. I can not be the only one that this bothers. It would be nice if you could log calories in the app as a feature also. Just a suggestion. But seriously… fix the app so people that hit their fasting goal can not touch or at least standing by that flag! I’m currently at my fasting goal, just got the pop up messages congratulating me on hitting my goal yet I’m 12 feet away from the flag! Please for the love of Jesus move my little person! Thank you.

Best water logging app ever!

So this app basically allows you to log your water. You how to start your fast exactly at 8 PM and be able to enter it into the system at the start button exactly at 8 PM. Likewise you have to stop your fast and hit the stop button on the app exactly at 12 PM. If you were late then too bad. You have to default to entering it in manually. The problem is that the manual system does not work at all. So you can enter your first fast if you remember to enter it in exactly at 8 PM and endExactly at 12 PM the next day. Or whenever it is that you begin and stop your fast. I worked with the people on the app. You’re only able to contact them via text through the app. They got back with me within a few days. However they kept telling me to update the app through the play store. However I was a new customer so I went ahead and updated it even though I was a brand new customer. I updated it again. Then they told me to update it as I informed them that I was a new customer. Then they told me that they had updated it last week so update it again and it still didn’t work. Best water logging app ever. Worst 25 bucks ever spent.
