What Is Intermittent Fasting?
What usually comes to mind when most people hear of Intermittent Fasting (IF), is that it is just another crazy fad diet to lose weight with little effort. However, it isn't a diet at all, but rather an eating pattern. It’s not what you eat, but when you eat it that is important.
Depending on what type of fasting you schedule, you generally will have a time window where you are allowed to eat all the food you want. As soon as that window is over though, you don't eat ANYTHING until the window comes up again. For example, a common approach is 16 hour fasts with an 8 hour eating window every day.
There are dozens of different type of fasting diets, and with MyFast you can utilize any plan such as:

5:2 - Eat normal for 5 days, and IF the remaining 2

Perfectly Simple and Customizable, Best Fasting App
I must've downloaded 10 or more different fasting apps with tons of bells and whistles, yet not a single one has the simple functionality of MyFast, thank you! You can adjust duration AND start time, can measure fasts longer than 24 hours (why is this even an issue with other apps?), love it, don't need anything else. I'm working the Catalina Wine Mixer this weekend and will show it to all my buddies.
If you’re on schedule mode, you can’t press start or stop fasting when you actually do. Just works like a clock telling you whether you should be eating or not. In the manual mode you can press stop/start fasting and it’s more realistic, however it doesn’t store your history whatsoever and if you transition from schedule to manual, the app is very confused and just assumes you’ve been eating the whole time since forever ago.
I needed a simple free app without reviews, etc, but this one is no better than your phone clock/alarm/timer. Used for a few days, looking for a different one.
Simple and customizable
I downloaded all of them and this is the best simply to use fast timer that goes over 12 or 24 and is customizable without paying! Good job to the developer for putting the customizable option and let you edit the start time if you forget to start the clock or were too busy to do it. Thinking ahead is the way to go!
