I recently came across this app when I tried to make calls on my Teams/skype app and discovered I was out of credit, I couldn’t TOP UP there no more I downloaded few apps and also this app was one of them and it worked like magic, so I’ll recommend you try this app.

I used to use Skype to call internationally to land lines and businesses abroad from my cell phone . Since giving up my land line, it is very expensive to call businesses such as banks or shops on a cell phone without an internet connected number such as Whatsapp . Yolla has solved my problem ! I keep a small amount of credit on my account, and can call abroad even if the receiving end does not have an internet-connected phone . I am so happy I found this invaluable app ! Full marks ! Very very useful !

I've used Yolla for several years and I have several issues with it. 1) it isn't reliable. Too often I go to place a call and it simple doesn't work. You contact support and eventually,days to weeks, it will start to work. If it was once or twice it is understandable but it happens too often for me to says this is a reliable application. Second item. Much smaller is that touch tone when you press the number isnt audible. This minor compared to the reliability issue but it can affect the navigation of IVR systems

I wish I could give no star. This app is garbage and was developed very badly. I checked I was using the app, and added credit several times on an international call. It was not my first time using the app. But I ended up being charged $300 by my service provider for an international call I placed in Yola app. I called Yola, they were so rude and they blamed my service provider and my WiFi connection on the charges. I checked my bank account, Yola did charge me for the call on top of the charges I paid my service provider. I still have a $8 credit on my Yola and I still have to figure out how to get my money back. I am so disappointed and I feel ROBBED! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THIS APP. This is the worst app I have ever used. I would have used WhatsApp but network in the country I called was not great that day.

I have been using the app for quite some time now, and I find it extremely convenient for making international calls. However, from a user experience standpoint, the application has several issues. It frequently freezes, causing disruptions in the communication process. I have encountered this problem on the latest Apple models, including the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro. Therefore, it is not an issue related to the phone's capacity. I hope that the developers can address these issues to improve the overall user experience.

I downloaded this app and added $8 to my account, but it didn't work. I tried calling seven different numbers, but there was no sound or errors. When I contacted the support team, they asked me to wait for several days to fix the problem. I then asked for a refund, but they said they filed the request to the financial department to get a confirmation, without telling me when I can expect the answer or whether I will get my refund. It feels like once you put money on your balance, you are no longer a valuable customer. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this app's poor functionality and unsatisfactory customer support. I would not recommend it.
