No bells. No whistles. No bull. Just like your workouts, Interval Fit focuses on your core…needs, that is…and nothing else. Easily customize, store and time your workouts and get simple cues between exercises to keep you burning through your workout.
Start by creating your exercises. Then customize your workouts based on your preferred sequence of exercises. Insert rest periods where desired. You can then quickly rearrange and adjust the timing of exercises within a given workout before you begin or while in progress. Create and store any number of workouts so that every session is tailored to a particular focus area – core strength, cardio, weight lifting and more.
Upon initial launch of the app, you will be prompted to enter your height and weight. This information is then stored in Health and later can be used to track your Active Calories. After completing a workout, you will have the option to push that workout time to Health.
We’ve taken what current users like most about their interval training apps and eliminated what they don’t to offer you a quick, easy and effective way to customize and run your workouts. The large display timer, the ability to adjust your exercises and workouts on the fly, and clear visual and audio cues between exercises allow you to focus on performance while Interval Fit takes care of the rest.

This was exactly what I was looking for! Simple and easy to use. I use it to input the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout so I don't have to use the video all the time and this is awesome for keeping track of time for each exercise in that workout! The only thing missing for me is splitting the workout into sections and having the voice tell me that we're moving on to cardio now or strength now or abs or legs, etc. Otherwise, excellent simple app! Why are there no reviews!
Love new features
I have been very happy with this app. It's the easiest interval training time I've been able to find on the market. The new sharing feature allows me to keep my trainer up to date with my workouts and for him to send me new workouts. The addition to start a workout over again has been helpful as well as I can now run though sets more easily.
This app. helps me keep my workout interesting and productive. It keeps me on track with when to switch workouts and to track my time and progress. Using this app. had helped me get more creative with my workout!
