Use HIIT Builder as an interval timer to manage your High Intensity Interval Training to maximize your fitness. Create custom interval workouts from a basic HIIT template or use our ladder and pyramid templates to energize your personal training. All your workouts are stored on your device. There is no need to create an account. We don’t show ads.

If you enable it, HIIT Builder will automatically log your workouts in HealthKit for review in Health App or Fitness App. Additionally, you can enable HIIT Builder's Apple Watch app to show your heart rate and calories burned during a workout.

You can share interval workouts with friends and family via email and AirDrop. You can also download HIIT Builder interval workouts for free from our website. We add new interval workouts regularly.

HIIT Builder is a great interval training app for home workouts or workouts at the park. You can create Tabata workouts or any HIIT workout of your choice. The ability to customize any interval workout to your needs allows you to take control of your fitness using HIIT Builder as an interval timer.

HIIT Builder uses large fonts and contrasting colors to make it easy to see where you are in an exercise in your interval workout. You can customize how HIIT Builder tells you that an interval is coming to a close. The app can countdown to the end of an interval or it can ring bells. You can have the app speak the name of the next exercise. You can also have the app flash the screen when transitioning between interval exercises.

Each interval workout can be completely customized. You can have each exercise interval be the same length or you can modify each interval’s length to get exactly what you need from the exercise.

Create as many interval workouts as you want. Search through your personal workout library to choose which workout you want to do.

When iCloud is enabled, you can create workouts on your iPad and see them show up in your iPhone’s HIIT Builder workout library.

Great for customizing workouts

I love being able to enter the names of my exercises and customizing length of intervals. Once all my workouts are created and saved, it will be so easy to select which one to do each day, open, and begin. I like the new feature of being able to send my workouts to other app users. The look of the timer is awesome.

Love it !!

Love this app. Very easy to use and I can hear the beeping in the loud gym. I would be nice if they had an option to share our workouts with other HIIT app owners
