I find this app easy to use and I find myself using it often- checking my balance, transferring funds and even mobile deposit (that was hard to get used to, but now I love it!). Intrust has been my bank for over a decade now and they have treated me better than any other bank I have held an account at.
This app isn’t consistent
It has locked me out almost 10 times now over the past year and a half. It locked me out on the day I was going to buy a car 2 months ago. Do you know how embarrassing/inconvenient it was at the end of that process to get locked out and I could quickly transfer money from my savings to my checking or even show him my current bank account totals. I had to go through the whole mobile website process which is so slow compared to the app ( when it works).
I’ll be leaving INTRUST bank strictly because of this app. I’d rather pay a few more random fees a year and be able to use/see my money immediately every time.
I am leaving Intrust because convenience is nowhere in their customer service manual. Every time I try to use the app, it’s a gamble whether your password will work or not. If it doesn’t, you have to call them, but your password can’t be ANY of the last TEN you’ve tried to use. Who the hell has ten passwords they use? Many transactions can only be performed at their very limited number of branches, so you try to use the online app as much as possible, but it rarely handles the transactions you need. And their online “help” does nothing of the sort. Rigidity may be great for sticking to a manual, but it pisses off customers needing your help. Moving to a different bank as quickly as possible.
