Intuity 4+

Broken and Discontinued

We bought a house with Intuity lighting and none of the lights can be controlled through the app. I did some research and found out that Legrand discontinued the product in 2019 after just 4 years in production (intuity was created in 2015). They are also shutting down servers after warranty ends so no more remote access. I called customer support to at least get my lights working while I’m at home and have been put on hold for hours dispute being “position 1” in queue. I’ve left voicemails and have never heard back.

Never trusting Legrand products again.

Originally posted a few months ago about how the app never works. I got it fixed (after at least 1 month), but now is no longer working again and is requiring me to call them to restart my system? This is so unfortunate because now I cannot do any settings from my phone (like arm/disarm, adjust temps, etc). Now I have to do everything 3 flights down. This is a horrible security system setup as well as “smart-home” feature.

This app has never been good, have the time it does not work, and for me it currently does not work. I have sent an email for assistance and never heard from anyone. The sad part is it all came with my house soo I feel like I should use it but I’m tempted to get rid of the whole thing.
