iNudge is a daily reminder app that sends alerts to your Apple Watch and your iPhone. You can create iNudges that will send an alert on a specific date and time or alerts that are hourly, once per day or at intervals of 1 to 12 hours apart.

Set an iNudge alert to remind you of a meeting, to exercise or take the dog for a walk, take your vitamins or medications, drink water or give your plants a drink. You can create reminder alerts for anything you need to remember.

This app is easy to use. You will love the the custom scheduling features.

Does almost everything, and does it well.

Love the app, would highly recommend.

If you want an app to remind you of something more than once per hour, you’ll need to make more than one reminder and set them to go off at different times during the hour. (One for ‘on’ the hour, and one for 5 mins past the hour, etc.) The app makes setting up reminders amazingly easy, though. Even if you wanted a reminder every 10 minutes, you could set up six reminders in under a minute, if you were familiar with the options - which are very clearly laid out, mind you.

And it pushes to my Apple Watch!
