Simplistic layout but easy to use

I like how they keep track of your mobile deposit history and has a separate tab for it so you can see if any are still pending. However, I would suggest multiple authentication methods other than the security questions like phone, email, or debit card. It’s really annoying when you forget your password and security question and have to call client care. But overall, good app.

Easy Money

I was distraught when my neighborhood Islandia Investors closed. Drive thru was not something I cared about. Loved going into branch. I was going to close my account but then I was told about photo deposits. Loving it as I do not need to drive nine miles to do my banking. Still missy friends at branch though.

Newest updates a disaster!

I’ve tried resetting my password in the app because it says the one I’ve been using is wrong. Ok no problem tho it’s certainly what I’ve got wrote down. Reset it and try to get in hope, wrong password even with the one I just setup...

So I go to there website, repeat the process on there, good to go. I log back out, close the page and then go back to there site again and login to confirm the new info is working and I get in. Issues resolved right?

NOPE, once back on the app with the info I just got into my accounts with online, denied, call customer service...?!?!?!?

I usually ONLY use the app for my accounts, seeing as I only came to this bank because they had the highest % yield for my accounts but have stayed bc there app. They stopped being the best yells months ago...

FIX THIS, or I’m out.....
