Great app for small business/ weekend warriors. Super easy to use and stores all your clients info plus different rates for different jobs so you don’t have to type it in every time. Also lets you know the client has viewed the bill. Would recommend for the not so tech savvy. I have been using it a little over a year now and like how I can send a bill as soon as the job is finished (provided I have cell service).

Works well, but would love to see enhancements

I've been using the plus version of this app and it's been a game-changer for my small business, giving my email and text communications a professional edge. To take it to the next level, I'd love to see some enhancements. For instance, it would be incredibly useful to be able to add items to an already paid invoice and carry over a remaining balance, rather than having to create separate invoices. Having all the information in one place would streamline my workflow. Additionally, it would be a huge time-saver to be able to auto-populate customer email addresses and phone numbers when sending invoices or estimates. Another feature that would be highly beneficial is a note section where I can store information that's only visible to me, or have the option to share certain notes with others. With these improvements, I'm excited to continue using this app and watch my business thrive.

Best desktop replacement!

I rely on this app for all my estimates and invoicing, and overall, it’s highly efficient. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few key reasons.

First, the “Preview” page frequently appears blank. Closing and reopening the app usually resolves it, but it’s a persistent issue that needs fixing.

Second, I’d love to see an option to add a separate work address in addition to the billing address. In construction and B2B sales, these are rarely the same. My current workaround is adding a $0 line item labeled “Address,” but a dedicated field would be much more practical.

Finally, a major feature that would greatly improve usability: the ability to display only the total cost to customers without breaking down individual line item prices. This would allow for better utilization of saved line items and make volume pricing more practical—especially when services are bundled as a single estimate.

Despite these issues, I still love this app and will continue using it, especially if future updates address these necessary improvements.
