Invoice Maker - Invoice Fly ٤+

Very easy to keep track, only a couple suggestions

I wanted to wait to leave a review until I have used the app for a while. I have been using invoice fly since around August of 2024, before that I used Microsoft excel and word to keep track of things. Invoice fly has been a great way to log my expenses, jobs, and even create a new logo I would highly recommended it!
My suggestion to the company would be to create a way to add multiple photos for 1 receipt or add a way to include refunds on receipts to make the math easier as sometimes I purchase items and have to return some of the order so I have to just subtract it and make a note, logging my receipt with a separate files app.
Another suggestion I have would be to add a section to be able to not schedule jobs but have a to do list of people to get to with maybe a note section and a done by date, logging clients addresses numbers and what needs done.
The only issues with the app I’ve noticed is when I print an export report it has a image description but can’t see all images in an external report, the other issue is sometimes I convert estimates to invoices and it just creates a copy and keeps the estimate in its own section.
Other than that the app is very user friendly and I’m able to keep track of stuff so much easier than before! Highly recommend!

Game Changer

I don’t write a lot of reviews about different applications, but believe me when I say that had to write for this app because this one is the TRUTH! The app is very user friendly, has tutorials for step by step direction, and basically creates customizable templates with options for clients to pay directly from the invoice. This saved me so much time from always having to write my own invoices manually, but now that is a thing of the past! I appreciate the creators and team behind this one foreal.

Account Lost

Downloaded this app for my wife and her business, was working great had all her accounts set up and was getting paid on time. Then all of a sudden the monthly payment was taken out and our account was closed . We were unable to log back in and lost all of our information . We have to months of billing that we are in able to get now . Really liked the app but there is no way to reach out if something like this happens. I've sent message through there app thing but no response back. Could find a help phone number or anything. So again I did love how easy it was to use but don't like the fact that this happened and now we are losing money😢
