This app has completely changed my car renting experience! I would highly recommend it. Renting a car via this app is as easy as ordering an Uber! And this is not an exaggeration.

Rented a car through them monthly, yes they don’t charge a deposit and that sounds great but what I’ve noticed is that they make up the money by charging you random fees. Started my rental in may, and before I renewed it I left the country at the end of may. The car sat at Abu Dhabi airport for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks, I apparently accumulated 6 speeding tickets. When I asked, exactly when the dates of the speeding tickets they were when I was in another country and my car was parked at the airport. I told the guy I can show proof my car was at the airport and I was away for business. He told me I had to pay regardless, I asked to see traffic information that they received that shows my car indeed was speeding (traffic picture etc) the guy kept saying pay. I noticed a trend with this and also other colleagues were being randomly charged for these traffic violations but none had been shown adequate proof.

I have rented a car from them for a month.
First thing first, the car was in a HORRIBLE situation!!! damages and scratches everywhere, dirty floor mats and seats and last but not least super old!!
Secondly, When I returned the car, the guy told me there is an smell coming, I asked what smell I don’t feel any smell, he said I don’t know an smell. Then he said ok no problem, and asked me to sign a paper he folded, i thought it was for returning the car and I didn’t took a photo of it or anything , so I signed it, but they didn’t give me any copy of the paper.
Thirdly, after few days they charged me for a half of tank for fuel charges even though there might be like 2,3 liters less than full tank of fuel in car.
And finally they charged me for “smoke smell repair charges” !! And showed me the paper that I have signed which by the way they have added cigarettes smell to it ( the handwriting was totally unmatched with the one I signed )!! And the funny thing is I have respiratory diseases which could kill me if I ever smoke!! So how come there was cigarette smoke in the car?!!
So try to avoid them at all cost!!! Don’t be fooled by the no deposit advertising and etc
Go for other more reputable companies!
There is no phone number for customer care of this company so that is a red flag for you.
