This app has completely changed my car renting experience! I would highly recommend it. Renting a car via this app is as easy as ordering an Uber! And this is not an exaggeration.

Rented a car through them monthly, yes they don’t charge a deposit and that sounds great but what I’ve noticed is that they make up the money by charging you random fees. Started my rental in may, and before I renewed it I left the country at the end of may. The car sat at Abu Dhabi airport for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks, I apparently accumulated 6 speeding tickets. When I asked, exactly when the dates of the speeding tickets they were when I was in another country and my car was parked at the airport. I told the guy I can show proof my car was at the airport and I was away for business. He told me I had to pay regardless, I asked to see traffic information that they received that shows my car indeed was speeding (traffic picture etc) the guy kept saying pay. I noticed a trend with this and also other colleagues were being randomly charged for these traffic violations but none had been shown adequate proof.

The worse experience ever, don’t even think about it, at the start they were amazing but by time they turned to a ripping company, they were having an amazing option while you can pause your long lease term at any time and later you can continue at any time, they’ve canceled this option without any prior information for their subscribed clients, at the time of returning my car they’ve charged for a full month while I’ve used the car for 3 days out of the month, and they’ve also charged me as a monthly rate after 8 months renting the car, this total fraud and it’s a ripping company. Conversations proof between me and their unprofessional team are available to support my review which will be posted soon.

Sorry to hear that we left you upset, however the Pause Feature was discontinued before you subscribed for your Mazda in July 2020.
Since you committed to a 9 month plan, but have returned the car after 8 months, indeed there was an early termination fee applicable, which is calculated and shown in the app, at the time you request the return, there is total transparency on the charge and shouldn't have been a surprise for you.
I believe our customer service assisted you and sorted successfully your case, given the circumstances of your last minute return request.
