Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips and tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page, you can log in directly to my IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

You can check and update your contact information right in the app so you don't miss any important information we send you.
In the Invoice Overview, you can view your invoices and save them directly onto your device, send them by email, or print them out.
EDIT YOUR MYWEBSITE
Wherever you are, your website editor is always with you and ready to go. Take a picture with your smartphone, upload it to your website, enter any relevant text, and publish it. It's never been easier.
REGISTERING & ADMINISTRATING DOMAINS
You have an idea for a new project and want to secure your domain? Use the IONOS Domain Checker to check the availability of your desired domain name. If you have already registered your desired domain, you can manage it right after logging in at IONOS.
MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION
Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

Pretty good, but...
Two areas for improvement:
(1) Need something on the home page of the website that detects if someone’s using a smartphone and tells them “It’s better in the app.” Hiding the existence of the app under Tools and then under More didn’t work for me. I doubt it works for anyone.
(2) Your phone answering bot told me I needed to set up a pin for my phone number under My Data. Searched the app high and low, but couldn’t find My Data—because it isn’t there. Either tell callers to set up the pin on your website using a browser, or add My Data under My Account in the app.
I’ll save you the trouble.
Horrible customer service. I never leave reviews but I had a horrible experience.
I was with this company a couple years. Things were fine as a NEW customer. I ended up purchasing 3 contracts.
But after several mistakes from the company resulting in losing my domain name that I paid for annually canceled all contracts (which took literal hours on the phone) only for them to continue charging me.
When I reminded them that I cancelled because they lost my domain to another company without notifying me then told me I needed to pay them $90 to get it back!
I told them I am not interested in paying for someone else’s mistakes so I’d like to terminate all existing contracts.
They argued with me. Did not want me to cancel. Argued. To the point I was upset. I did not want their services. But they ended up canceling and gave me a confirmation number. I thought things were over.
So now they decide to continue to charge my account while my account is closed, contracts are canceled and I no longer have access to the “invoice page”.
I canceled my account yet they still keep charging me.
I’m calling my bank and my legal representative next. I do not recommend this company.
They do what they can to sell their contracts yet have no clue on how to manage them. How does a company lose a domain name in the middle of a paid in full contract?
Do not buy from these guys.
Serious warning about this company
They will sometimes double charge you without sending an invoice and say the reason and say it will be refunded to your account next month ( big lier ). I do not know who to complain to. They block your account and make your information and domain inaccessible without any explanation. Support will not respond to your email or phone in any way if there is a problem with your account. And finally you auction your time and money with this company. You can not back up more than 1 GB of data and more than 100,000 files, and the support section does not back up for you. This means that your information is locked with this company. Gives you an error message when you want to zip data from more than 100,000 files after 5 minutes. Funny isn’t it !!! I’ve lost my data after 3 years and no one responsible and reply to my request of backup.
