Description

Join world-reknowned teacher Mark Whitwell as he teaches his "Seven-Minute Wonder" breathing and movement routine described in his new book The Promise of Love, Sex, and Intimacy, that will help you begin every day refreshed and ready to start living. In The Promise, Mark explains the deep causal connection between the breath and movement, and the cultivation of intimacy. It is an innate feeling that requires no thoughts. When you do this practice, something magical happens. By coordinating the male and female polarities in your breath-the exhalation and inhalation, respectively-you reunite all the natural opposites of life. Life then flows like an elixir between the two, and you will never look back. So when you do your "Seven-Minute Wonder" each day, you can relax from the effort of trying to find a relationship. Uniting the male and female within you is a catalyst to spark what life wants for you, a real erotic union in which renewed life comes and fills you up.

Modern science concurs with this ancient knowledge. Neuroscientists have discovered that the left and right side of the brain and body contain the male-female polarity, and that merging these polarities in your own system allows you to feel the most powerful union with another. Both partners feel the male-female functions of their own body within and with another. Mark calls it "strength receiving," a profound experience that gives depth and dignity to sex in real life. And it works with same-sex relationships just as it works for opposite-sex relationships, because all intimate relationships are based on the union of polarities. All you need to do is to perform the practice at least once a day for 30 days, and see the results.

Good Intention But Lacking Functionality

The yoga exercise is good but the app is very basic and simple. If the intent is the power of making a promise to do 7 minutes of yoga everyday for 3 months, why not include a simple tracking mechanism on how many days have been completed, and how many more left to go?

Feel so Great

I just finished my first week back on the Promise after an injury and I feel great! It is such a gentle and nurturing practice to start each day, while building strength and flexibility too. Thank you Mark!!!

Great practice!

Grateful for iPromise, bringing the practice home. Been using and gifting this app for four or more years.

Did iOS 12.1.2 break the audio? Can’t hear anything.
