I have received spam emails from the never ending surveys I have done with Ipso. This panel is a gateway to other surveys and spam emails that really give next to nothing in return. A person should not have to spend hours unsubscribing to the numerous emails this app generated. Only for them to stop for a month or two and then suddenly start up again. I am on my second round of unsubscribing for 4 days now.
I was supposed to get an invitation specifically to complete a beauty care survey, but after going thru every survey available to me, it's not anywhere in there. I'm not sure why I even have to search for it. It should just be saved to my profile, noting I was already accepted thru the first screening part. Now I won't be paid for that survey!! This is the second time this has happened to me. Really annoyed!!!
I had the survey on my app to do after I received a product but of course, once again, Ipsos never gives me a follow up survey to get paid for. The survey disappeared and I’ve gotten no emails with one. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no reply. Miserable app and horrible survey company. I deal with a lot also.
