AppleTV and iOS versions are good
The MacBook Pro version could use some work as navigation is difficult and there are no keyboard or mouse over options. The AppleTV version and iOS version have a good user interface and are easier to use than other options from. The App Store. I’ve tried 4 other streamers both paid and free, but this app (for iOS and ATV) has the easiest interface because it does a good job uploading and downloading from iCloud.
Good and bad
Mostly good
Enough. The bad side is organizing favorites. Very one at the time manual pick. Sending to a folder is painful. Also ability to add a flag for the country you already choose the folder seems redundant. If I pick usa News and add to favorite why should
I have to scroll and find the appropriate flag to identify the country ???
Tv shows like star trek should be able to put is all in a folder. Example folder name start trek inside has « entreprise « new generation »deep space nine. Etc…. Other then that I had no problem steaming and or buffering issues
Different UI Experience
I actually like the UI experience. Setting up favorites requires extra clicks. But it’s a one time investment. What I find is that the UI is very fast! Can’t launch show from TV Guide view. Takes be back to favorites.
More customizing would be nice. The one customizing setting that is missing that concerns me the most is the missing buffering value. I like to set at 50 seconds.
