scummy move
i was setting up my account and set up a payment method and it immediately charged me $1 for absolutely nothing. not a huge deal monetarily, but it's kind of a scummy move to just take my money like that. so.. technically not a free app? not really a bad app otherwise

Hi there, the $1.00 you reference was a pre-auth hold. This happens when a credit card is entered to verify that the payment method has funds available. The charge falls off after a few days (depending on your banking institution), so the app never actually debited $1.00. If you check your bank statement, you will see that no $1.00 debit was actually made.
No mention of hold on funds
It prior auths $15 each time you scan your card. It’s been days and I have 2 of these still on my account so got billed 4 times. Very rude to do to people without informing like most businesses do.
Payment doesn’t work
If I try to buy a car wash, I get error codes that it doesn’t work. Have reentered card info and still nothing. Lost credit for two washes because of this.
