No same day void charge capability
In the big picture it’s rather worthless since you cannot void a charge the same day it occurred. You have a customer in your face and they want a refund - it’s not fun to telling them “wait for me to drive home and I’ll get on my laptop later today” because I cannot conveniently void your charge right here at this moment. It’s 2007 with this app. My charges used to go through a company called TSYS and it was so quick, so easy and so immediate via a phone in your pocket. I assume whoever designed this app and its inability to void a same day charge has very minimal if any retail customer experience.
Cant login in app

I successfully login on computers but in ios app its showing me error.
Calles customer care they dont know anything about they have mobile application. Keep telling me login on computer tablet desktop and leptop.
Disputes
We need an easy way to know who it is thst is disputing our charge. I’m a membership based business when I get a charge a k I am unable to tell who it is from!! They signed an agreement and should t be able to dispute their membership so easily
