IQVIA Scribe is an online/offline application used to capture data directly from patients enrolled in clinical trials. Patients enrolled in a study using Scribe will receive an enrollment notification via email or text with a link to download the application and instructions used to enroll in the study. Relevant questionnaires will be available for completion throughout the duration of the study ++++Scribe amplifies the patient's voice in clinical research by allowing Clinical Outcomes Assessments to be used in more trials.
