With the IRL Health Bar app on Apple Watch, you can measure and monitor key health metrics right from your wrist. A full health bar means you have energy and depletes as you exert energy. It is designed to help you understand critical information at a glance, using simple shapes, numbers, and background colors.

The Garmin Fenix 7x has a stamina bar so i had to check the app store and thats when i found this app! Great stuff. I hope you add new features like the Garmin Fenix 7 has in regards to stamina like stamina time, potential stamina, stamina distance etc etc. Keep up the good work

Improvements to Sharing Your Health Bar Everywhere You Go. Share codes now work more seamlessly across IRL Health Bar and its sister-app Workout Health Bar. Additionally, I made overall branding updates, made improvements to Liquid Glass elements, and added more insights to all exisiting health metrics.

First I improved how easy it is to navigate the app. Most notably, a single tap on Health Bar shuffles different health stats. This helps you access the information you want as easy as possible (1). Next, I made improvements to Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking by adding more helpful summaries, Tips, and introducing AFib History (2)! Next, I made improvements to the Smart Stack and Watch Face Complications. The design is modernized with best practices from watchOS, and includes new rich information. Making your health stats available and easily digestible at a glance! Finally, improvements to Health Bar sharing (BETA).

This major update brings significant improvements to your health tracking experience. We have enhanced the core health score calculation with more sophisticated algorithms that provide better accuracy and personalization. The app now includes interactive charts that let you visualize your health data trends over time with the ability to toggle detailed views. The user interface has been completely redesigned with improved accessibility features including better contrast ratios and clearer messaging throughout the app. You can now choose between different color themes to personalize your experience. New smart data handling ensures the app gracefully manages situations when health data is limited or unavailable, providing helpful guidance to users. Performance optimizations throughout the app result in faster data processing and more responsive interactions. We have also improved error handling to provide clearer guidance when Apple Watch setup or health permissions need attention. We have also introduced connectivity features that allow your health data to sync across multiple devices and platforms. This means you can now view your health information from different locations while maintaining complete privacy and security of your personal health data. This update represents months of development focused on creating a more polished, reliable, and user-friendly health monitoring experience.

(1) A new Vitality Chart that shows how ready your body is each day, based on your HRV. You’ll get the most out of this by wearing your Apple Watch to sleep. Smarter recovery starts with better data — and now it’s easier than ever to see what your body’s telling you. Don’t worry if you’re new to this — the app includes tips to help guide you. (2) Improved Accessibility updates across the app to make all features available usable for everyone.

Stamina Bar for Apple Watch now includes key accessibility features to support all users. VoiceOver support lets users who are blind or have low vision navigate the app using Apple’s built-in screen reader—just go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver, or ask Siri to “Turn VoiceOver on.” For users who prefer larger text, you can increase the size of labels and icons using “Text Size” button in Control Center. If you’re sensitive to bright visuals, you can double tap on the stamina bar to disable the background gradient and switch to a darker interface. To help users who may not perceive color differences, you can long press the stamina bar to reveal a label and icon that clearly explain your current stamina level—so color is never the only cue. The interface is also designed to be easily navigable with one hand, supporting users with limited mobility or upper limb differences. These features are designed to make health tracking simpler, more readable, and more inclusive.

In this new version of Stamina Bar there are Accessibility user experience improvements for Wheel Chair inclusivity. If you denote yes in your Apple Health Details for Wheelchair, Stamina Bar will track pushes instead of steps. I'm very glad to include this feature in Stamina Bar.
