This Iron House App is for all members of the Iron House Co. Community to access our schedules, sign up for classes, interact with workouts, create your own workouts and more!

With just a few clicks you can get a clear overview of all the classes you have signed up for and reschedule or cancel class signups. Couldnt make it to your favorite class? You can now see the workout and training of that class and train individually.

Below you can find some features available in our App. Please keep in mind that the main use for this app is for the classes and the Iron House Approved Workouts:

- Check class schedules and opening hours
- Iron House Approved Workouts
- Over 2000+ exercises and activities
- Exercise demonstrations (simple
simulations)
- Preset workouts and the option to create your own

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
