Description
Managing records is part of your job and you need to find information fast. Iron Mountain® Mobile is your time-saving, secure way to schedule and view orders (pickups, retrievals, IODs, supplies), and track deliveries “on the go” from your mobile phone or device.
WHAT YOU GET
Track orders:
• Search by order number to see the status of your order
• See a list of the last 50 orders you placed
• Sort your orders by order type or timeframe
• View order details and history
Search and Ordering:
• Pickups: Request Iron Mountain to pick up records from your location
• Retrieve: Search and request delivery of records to your location.
• Image On Demand: Search and request your files to be scanned and sent to you digitally with IOD
• Supplies: Request delivery of supplies
Scan & Add Records
• Scan Iron Mountain barcodes to create new box records
• Add files to boxes you create
IRON MOUNTAIN INSIGHT® Functionality (Need the IRON MOUNTAIN INSIGHT® product to use this capability)
• Search, view and upload assets (Iron Mountain Connect users)
Create Users
• Create new users , assign permissions and provide access to applications (Iron Mountain Connect users)
Status notifications:
• Customize the type of notifications you receive
• Setup notifications on specific orders or all orders
Simple, secure login:
• Reset your password (Iron Mountain Connect users)
• Biometric (fingerprint/face recognition) authentication
• Save your username to avoid re-entry
TERMS
A valid Iron Mountain Connect™ or Iron Mountain ReQuestWeb™ username and password are required to log on to the Iron Mountain Mobile app.

The Iron mountain mobile app lets you search your records and order them. You can also request digital images of your records. The app allows you to scan iron mountain barcodes and create boxes to be picked up. You can also track your orders and get up to date status notifications.
Not okay..
I am new with the company I am currently with and let’s just say, I have over 500 boxes that needs to be picked up with NONE of them written down for bookkeeping plus all the boxes that need to be packed up… I downloaded the app and NONE of the RC codes I am needing are populating so I reached out to my contact for IM and my company and she was informed that IM app is only good for for tracking orders.. This is going to take a lot of time to clean up and get organized.
Can’t search for files/boxes
Should probably say you won’t be able to search the system. Pretty useless without that function.
