Micromanaged
Original review was hidden or deleted. This is an intrusive app that is often abused by upper management to micromanage team members. I am a part of an industry leading energy company that specifically uses this app to track me the entire day and compare to my billable hours as a contractor for them. It is not being used as original intended or designed. Doesn’t work half the time anyways.
Excellent for both the people who order and do oilfield service
Great application that allows easy ordering of field services and simplifies it for the service provider and the back office billing team.

Have contacted support multiple times to fix issues. Issues still haven’t been fixed and it’s been 2 months.
