If you’re taking basal insulin for type 2 diabetes, iSage Rx helps you work together with your healthcare provider to follow your prescribed plan and reach your target blood sugar range.
With iSage Rx, you simply enter your blood sugar levels, receive your recommended dose of basal insulin, and develop a routine for better managing your type 2 diabetes.
• iSage Rx allows doctors to monitor starting doses and blood sugar levels to make sure the care plan is being followed.
• iSage Rx communicates the prescribed basal insulin dose and informs you when it’s time to adjust your dose.
