All bank services are included which is great, EXCEPT a minor improvement for the font size for the application interface which is too small and difficult for me to navigate properly.

The Iskan mobile app is one of the most frustrating digital banking experiences I’ve had. It rarely works when abroad—verification codes arrive after timeouts, forcing constant restarts. Password errors are vague, offering no guidance to fix the issue. The app requires a Jordanian number and physical presence in Jordan just to function, which defeats the purpose of online banking. Updating personal info while overseas? Forget it—you're trapped in a loop between the unhelpful app, a call center that leads nowhere, and an unreachable branch. The design is outdated, the font clunky, and the “contact us” feature is a dead end—no one replies. Face ID is unreliable, and updates break more than they fix. This app urgently needs a complete overhaul.

Possibly the WORST banking application ever!!!Have you tested the new release or run it through Quality Control?I am really not sure why the new version was even released!!!!! Some problem areas, after just few minutes of use:1) Everything is on a VERY DARK BLUE background which makes it very hard to see if the ambient light is not perfect. Good luck if you are in the sunlight or in a bright office. 2) the dialogue boxes are in BLACK, so you are dealing with DARK BLACK on DARK BLUE. YOU CAN NOT SEE ANYTHING. 3) the BACK arrow does not work4) the BACK arrow is on top of selection options!!!!5) OTP boxes are also DARK BLACK on DARK BLUE. AGAIN, YOU CAN NOT SEE ANYTHING. 6) OTP on eFawateercom HANGS and does not work7) OTP on card payments also HANGS and does not work8) you have to cancel and RE log-in andstart over again (and again). Possibly the WORST banking application ever. If interested, I am willing to offer FREE advice on how to improve yourApplication and debug it.

One of the worst bank applications. Many issues using this app. I wasn’t able to use CliQ feature for 2 years because of the technical issues. V Card or prepaid is the worst card to use for shopping because you can’t use it anymore +they charge you 5 JD every time you recharge and 2% when cancel card! Unbelievable. Very bad user experience 0/10, user interface 3/10 very old and boring colors. Update: please hire a professional user experience team, I mean Iskan coin and Russian roulette! Give me a break. Where is accountability!
