Mobile companion for your CAD system and iSpyFire dashboard. View call information while away from your PC. An iSpyFire account is required to use this application.

Features include:

Call notification
Call information
Call location
Map layers
Address history
Apparatus specific features including AVL and personnel on board

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. iSpyFire has been designed to use GPS and other sensors sparingly. The app relies on location data only while you are responding to a location or when you are attempting to create a new location (except when an apparatus is in AVL mode, in which case it is constantly checking).

Repeat tones

This app was working perfectly until about two weeks ago when it started toning out calls twice, then again when there was a nature change. When we’re actively responding and have three rigs for the whole county, it’s insanely frustrating to have it go off 3+ times only to find the same call. Fix this please!

Program runs great. Issue I have is when you look at another call’s info from CAD that is not your agency’s and then go back to the call list, it returns you to the very top of the list instead of where you last clicked. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Great App!

It’s a great app. But one thing I would like to see in the future, is the ability to be able to turn on or off critical alerts for notifications. So that if my iPhone is muted or on Do Not Disturb the alert would still come through.
