Welcome to iSUGEZT, a new way of sharing your front line experiences and feedback directly and privately to businesses and healthcare providers. Prior to iSUGEZT most experiences that occur on the frontlines rarely get communicated to the leadership of a business or organization. iSUGEZT now provides a way for you as the customer to share your insights privately and not publically.
How often has something occurred in a business or a healthcare setting when you thought “I wish I had an opportunity to share this great experience or resolve an issue I am having or provide an idea for improvement with someone in leadership who would want to know?”
The iSUGEZT mobile app is free and easy to use:
- iSUGEZT allows you to express feedback directly and privately to a business or healthcare provider.
- Allows customers an opportunity to share an experience, a challenge, an idea, an innovation or praise with a leader in a business or healthcare organization who could make a change for an improvement, achieve a resolution to a problem or reward an extraordinary experience.
- iSUGEZT also offers pop-up “suggestion-crowd-challenges” for customers who want to help with businesses and healthcare providers wanting to solve a problem or create a new way of servicing their customers.
