Iterum is the simple journaling, reflection, and habit-tracking app to help you iterate toward better and better days.
- Jump start: Go with preset daily metrics, or choose your own.
- Private by Design: All your data is either stored on device or in a private iCloud container if you've got an Apple ID.

- Optional AI Guidance: Opt in to using AI to help guide you with customized reflection prompts and auto-filling metrics based on what you write. If you use this feature, your data may be sent to our AI provider where it might live on their servers for 30 days but will not be used to train any models.

- Synced Automatically: No account creation needed. If you're signed in with the same Apple ID on multiple iOS devices, everything will just sync.
- Export anytime: Take your data with you in the form of a very compatible .csv file.

I love this app! I appreciate how simple it is to use and also all the features available to customize it as I choose. I use this at the end of every day and find it to be such a helpful and fast way to keep track of my days and easily be able to see what areas I want to focus on improving and what areas I’m seeing growth in.
Simple yet customizable
Love how this app is dead simple for journaling, but then you can dive in and track all the metrics you like. Health integration is nice too.
