Emails for help are not in English
Impossible to connect to wireless. And registration verification is unreadable without any links to hunt around for by randomly taping on the email. PLUS it creates a VPN tunnel to your local internet. Yay!
Chinese language app
This app is in Chinese language and the guide instruction that comes inside the box shows different app, different pictures and English version , but that app does not exist in this app store.
I had very bad experience with this Ithink chinese company I bought cameras and I have received after long time damaged boxes, cameras without brand , very poor and chip presentation.
