Two for good timing: catch The Mountain during golden hour, and report on National Public Lands Day.

Big news: Benchmarks are here! Earn stamped survey markers for watching The Mountain, each carrying its own name and the date you earned it. Tilt your phone and the metal catches the light. Leaderboards worth opening. Every board now has its own screen, including a longest-streak board, with your rank pinned even when you are off the list. Your photo, front and center. Add a photo to a report and it leads the success screen at full size. Photos in the report detail now run edge to edge. Cooler and clearer. The Profile screen no longer warms your phone up, and reports rejected outside daylight hours now explain why.

Make ITMO yours! Super Watcher Club members can now pick an alternate app icon for the Home Screen, plus three new themes: Emerald City, Wildflower, and Ember. See every mtn report bigger and better! Report cards are square now, so photos are no longer cropped into a thin strip. Tap any mtn report to open it full size for all the deails. A faster Status screen. Status loads and refreshes noticeably quicker, so the current verdict is there the moment you open the app. Also in this version: a smoother paywall with no flash when it opens or closes, a new app icon, and fixes to notifications, widgets, profile loading, and other performance improvements.

This update makes checking on The Mountain more visual and quicker to get around. • The latest photo of The Mountain now fills the top card on the Status page, so you see the real view at a glance. • Tap any hex on the Home map to see what people are reporting there, with an accurate read on how much of The Mountain is out. • The Community leaderboard now shows the top ten watchers, and your longest active streak keeps growing every day you check in. • Press and hold a mtn report, a webcam report, or the ITMO Home Screen icon to share or report in a single tap.

This is the first update since launch, and it is all about making ITMO smoother and more polished. • Gentler animations across the app: content fades in instead of popping, stat numbers roll as they update, and the map eases in when you open ITMO. • Pull to refresh is more reliable and no longer hangs on a slow connection. • Share your Watcher Pass with a quick press and hold. • Added a "Rate ITMO" option in Settings. • Cleaner empty and error screens, so you always know what is happening. • Faster launch and lighter data use behind the scenes.
