iTwinkle WiFi 4+

I bought these lights a couple of years ago, I’ve connected to the app before and it worked, I loved the colors. But this year I am unable to connect to the iTwinkle WiFi. It comes up on my phone as iTwinkle 01 or iTwinkle 02 but then doesn’t recognize that WiFi and asks me to connect to “iTwinkle WiFi”. I have been trying to figure it out for over an hour now, supper annoying, Is there a trick I am missing!? Can anyone help me!? Lol

The app was not connecting with my iPhone 11. Kept getting error that I needed to connect to the iTwinkle WiFi. I used an old iphone 4 that my kids were using and it worked! Try an old iPhone on a older iOS. I have 3 sets, connected to WiFi on each, one by one first then just connected to iTwinkle01 and they all worked. I do not see the general WiFi that combines all 3 anymore. Hope this helps.

Thanks to the reviewer that figured it out. Have used these lights for several years. Couldn’t get APP to work this year. Spent way to long trying. Saw that someone tried an old iPad. Worked like a charm for me. I have an iPad that is 6 years old. Downloaded the app. GOOD TO GO.
