This application allows you to access Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM on your mobile devices, giving you remote access to the application. It currently supports Mobile Analyst and Self Service mobile user role only.
Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM mobile app now provides a highly secured, convenient and faster way to login into Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM using biometric authentication and, to enhance the mobile experience of the user, Push Notifications are enabled to receive the alerts on the go.

Klunky to use, FaceID broken
Are you able to find the ticketing queue? Yes. Will it be the tickets you want? Maybe. Difficult to navigate. The verbiage is not the same as on the web version.
FaceID just loops to the point where you have to uninstall the program to get it to stop. Logging in manually works. Not sure what the timeout is, but it seems really short.
Useless for field techs
Thought the app would be handy for checking tickets while on the go, but can’t even access the field tech role from the app. Took multiple login attempts and reinstalling the app just to get into the self service role but can’t view my tickets from there. Uninstalling until maybe the app gets some support itself.
Can’t Get Past Role Selection
Would love to use this app to check tickets on the go, but can’t even manage to get logged in. App asks that you select your role, yet presents no options to select from, just a blank screen that cannot be bypassed. Tried reloading page, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Nothing works.
