Great customer service

I honestly think Ivy Hall is a great start to a high elevated life, but on top of that entering the store, you have a tremendous set up, which gives you a complete comfortable chill vibe, That will welcome you into the store every time you go on top of that welcoming you into the store is the great staff that they have there and also don’t forget to ask about the deals. I personally think that I’ve had a great experience every time I have visited the store and placed online order as well. Also, Whitney and Olivia are too big great helpers in the store but on that note, I definitely appreciate you guys locating here in Peoria and don’t stop keep coming

Not just a customer

Despite Ivy's relatively short time since opening, stepping through its doors evokes a profound sense of belonging, beginning with the welcoming smiles of the staff behind the counter and the security person. During my recent visit, as an employee took my order and processed payment, I was surprised by their observation of a change in my hair, which led to a fun and authentic conversation. This encounter left me feeling lighter… which we all know makes you go higher! 💚

Ahead of the Game

I’m not too aware of the technology behind the industry, but I’m not aware of many places in Illinois that offer an app such as Ivy Hall.
The app is seamless, with a beautiful UI. Making it easy to navigate and find the right products for my purchase.
As far as app’s go for ordering product and making it easier on the consumer to do so, Ivy Hall deserves a 10/10.
