Can’t add existing ticket to app - so no food for you!
I purchased Regiojet train tickets through the website well before a trip to Czechia. Once on the train, I learned that food and drink can only be ordered through this app, no problem, downloaded and created an account. Problem- there is no way to add my existing ticket to my profile, so no food or drink for me! Just plain stupid design.
It works!
The app works smoothly, ordering coffee was easy, and I like how I can see my ticket and arrival time. I wish it worked a little better offline (just the ticket would be most helpful)
Payment error
I have been trying to book ticket for last 5 days and every single time payment fails” unable to establish payment status” . Simple credit card payments cannot be processed.
I checked with the payment partner and they informed its the merchant issue
