Can’t search by airport code
I am sure the UX inside the unit is amazing. Need to be able to search by airport code, please.
Bad App, Bad Workspace
Before downloading the app I tried to use the touch pad on the workspace to book the room to no avail. That should have been a signal to just move on but I had a meeting so I pushed through and downloaded the app hoping that would fix the problem. It’s a pretty bad app, setting up an account is a hassle since you can’t link your google or iCloud accounts. The same goes for adding payment information, everything has to be input manually so no Apple pay. Once I reserved the space I knew it was a bad idea, it’s really hot and stuffy inside, half of the outlets didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t work. It’s really overpriced for such a bad experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for anything other than a last resort.

It needs a fan, air conditioning, or some kind of climate control.
It’s an amazing concept even if it’s on the expensive side.
