i just start pay this game last week I won over 400 and last night I won again. The only things is you have to wait 2 to 3 busy day for ur payout. I didn’t get my bounce match and lottery credit right away. Once I email support I got my credit and bonus immediately.

I deposited $100 for the 100% match, unaware of the requirement of terms that require you to bet 10x the initial deposit before you can withdraw any of YOUR OWN INITIAL DEPOSIT. I would totally understand not being able to withdrawal the bonus credit, but my account now has $300 and I cannot withdraw a penny. I have bet THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, (sometimes gaining and sometimes losing, but now at the $300 balance with no further deposits) on Roulette and am still showing only 24% accrual for the credit. I should be well past the 10x requirement and again, cannot withdraw a penny.

I have contacted the support email and they keep sending the same generic email telling me to read the terms and conditions, which I have read and met.

Ready for this….the $1200 + becomes bonus money ie you can’t withdraw it. You owe TAX on it, but cant withdraw….unless you meet there crazy amount played in 30 days formula.

Ready for this again…. If you dont meet the above formula in 30 days….the bonus $$ is wiped. Yes reduced to 0. You still owe tax on any hand pays end of year, but they reduce bonus money to zero. Ie your 1200+ hand pay you won is gone.

I have never called the NJ gaming commission before, but I plan too. This cant be legal.
