Awesome and convenient!!!

I really don’t understand some of these reviews people are leaving. I’ve been using this app maybe for a year or less now and have never had a problem with anything. Seems like most people don't understand on their own fault and not the app. It’s the easiest and user friendly app you could ever ask for. When it comes to ordering a lottery ticket and not having to get up and get in your vehicle drive all the way to the store, hope you have cash, or maybe make a trip to the atm/bank then go to the store, when all you have to do is open up your phone and select your tickets. People saying this app is sketchy are also ridiculous. Read the rules/regulation and privacy policy/terms of service and you would see everything and anything that is required for you to have an account and be able to order your tickets. This is so easy and great! I love sitting at home and ordering my tickets! Another thing people complaining about not winning. Where does it say you will win playing through this app..??? You have the same chances as going to the store and as most reviews say “wasting your money” as playing on Jackpocket. Keep up the great work Jackpocket team!!!

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. I had seen it advertised on social media, but am always leery of scams, so I never looked further into it. Then a co-worker of mine said she used it and I thought ya, you just wait….lol….then one day at the Texas Rangers ball park, I saw the big advertisement for Jackpocket hanging on the fence. I thought if the Rangers are being sponsored by them, it must be legit. So I looked further in to it and gave them a try. Now I use it all the time. So far so good!!! Plus, when you win, the money goes straight into your account. So many times on the small wins, I would forget to take them back to the store to cash in.
There is a transaction/convenience fee to transfer money into your account in order to play. I disagree with how they do that. I think it should be a flat fee. The way it is, is the higher the dollar amount, the higher the fee per transaction. I don’t mind paying a fee because the way I see it, it saves me time and gas money going to the store to make the purchase. I just should be a flat fee…

Have not been mailed winning ticket. Edit: Received now

The app is well designed and intuitive to use. I’ve won a few lower prizes amounts and was immediately credited the winnings. No problems there. 8 days ago I won a prize just over the maximum allowed to redeem electronically. The ticket must be mailed in or presented in person at the local lotto office to claim a prize. That’s a lottery requirement not Jackpocket. If you win an amount over that maximum claim amount, Jackpocket emails and texts you about the prize. The email also includes a form to fill out to have your ticket mailed to “right away”. Still all good. I filled out the form shortly after receiving the email and have not received the ticket or tracking number for the ticket (promised when filling out the form). It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed support, and haven’t heard anything. Where is my ticket?

Edit: Rating updates from 1 to 3. Although I never received a response from support, the ticket was mailed by an individual to me right after I posted this review. I do wonder: If this was a much larger prize, how do you follow up if it never gets mailed? If the local person that picked up that ticket has a ticket worth a lot of money, what happens if they don’t send it/keep it?
