Trying to sign in for my job so I can stop using the website but it always says that it cannot sign me in because an error I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing works

Thank you for your feedback. Our app, Jackrabbit Care, is specifically designed for the childcare market. Our company also has another product called Jackrabbit that serves the class, gym, dance, swim, and cheer verticals, but there isn't an app for that product at this time.
If you are part of one of these verticals, this would explain why you are unable to log in. Please verify with your employer or program administrator which Jackrabbit product they are using.

What do I do???
Every time I try to sign in it keeps saying that there is a error and I’m panicking because I need this because I work at a gymnastics center and this is the app we use 😫😫
