Horrible App

This app needs a lot of improvement! First off, I could not find the style setting on the app I wanted to “try on”, you should be able to filter through and choose metal color, etc. when I clicked on the halo style it showed me a handful of what they offer, and none of the rose gold color options I liked... also, when a ring is liked on my James Allen account it should pop up under my likes on the app, but when I log into my James Allen account on the app, it says I’m logged in but yet the login window appears again? Frustrating! It’s been a year since the last app update, please listen to these reviews so that people are able to actually try on a ring they love, before committing to buying it.

I tried to use this app today for the first time. It downloaded easy enough to my iphone7. I agreed to let the app access my camera & my photos, took the picture of my hand, as instructed. The loading circle started spinning and after five plus minutes it is still spinning and NOTHING has loaded. Needless to say I will NOT be trying to use this app again. BUT I will go back on the actual website and look at rings. Please fix whatever the issue is for future users.

Well it was basically nothing

Um I mean the loading was fine. It was easy. But if you're using it to see different rings and sizes it's really useless. The rings are all like 3 carat and that's it. So if you want to basically see what your desired ring looks like on your finger at the carat size then don't get it. You can just go on the James Allen website and use their model.
