Great boutique fitness offering IRL and online
JaneDO gals definitely know how to keep in shape and I love their workouts. They really make you sweat in their classes - when we are past this whole COVID-19 situation definitely check them out in person (locations in NYC, Jersey City, Montclair and Edgewater) but in the meantime live stream classes are a good substitute! I have been with them since 2015 which is a recommendation in and of itself 👍🏻
