Love it!

As a US users I liked this app. They ship very quickly and I got the figures with in a week. They also have 8 free training machines that you can play with. For the paid machines, I feel like they are a little bit harder to win compared to some US arcades like round 1, but they are a little bit cheaper. If they can add background sound/music and cover image for the training machines (showing a pic of the machine) it will be a smoother experience.

DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED! Buyers beware! Please read all reviews where ppl won prizes and never received them. This is only a game! You will NOT receive any prizes. They promise that if you win a prize, it will be sent to the address you signed up for. It may be a fun game but my granddaughter won a prize after spending $55 on this app. After three months they contact you and say that the package was returned due to insufficient address. Then when you give them the same address you gave them in the first place when you signed up, they say they are shipping the prize out immediately. They never sent it even after another four months. When you contact them to ask where the prize is, what the shipping company is, and tracking number, they respond with “we don’t know, you have to contact the shipping company”. Which info this company will never give you. After this they will not respond at all. After ten months still no prize. I should have taken the time to read the other reviews of ppl who won prizes and never received them, even after a year.

Not glitchy and have a good selection, but their “free play” doesnt really mean free

I saw they had a free play section which sounded pretty good since all the other claw game apps dont have a free play section. The games in this section are just as hard as the regular, and you use free points that refresh when you use them all. The thing is, I was expecting a small fee after winning on the free play machines (like $5 or something). Nah, they hit you with a $25 dollar charge for a single item if you want to keep anything won in free play. Thats not including whatever shipping youre gonna pay from Japan, which isnt cheap. Has the potential to be great, but most of the items you can buy on eBay for muuuuuuuuch less than you would pay buying KP/free play fee, as well as shipping. Now that other crane game apps offer free shipping for items won, it will be hard to justify using this one.
