The items in the wishlist inside the app needs to be clickable to take you back to the product details page.

Also the “Share > Copy” button on the product page only copies the product “specifications” without the link to the item.

Other than that it’s a good app, if you fix these 2 bugs then I’ll upgrade my star ratings.

Jarrir is one the best retail store for electronics and books in saudi arabia, their show rooms are world class and most the staff is cooperative and helpful. But app is not good as it could be, apart of features, it has a lot of problems technically i.e crashing, slowness, showroom timing will never appear, you add stuff and its gone due to crash. My confidence level of doing order online is not good due experience it is providing.

I hope jarrir will understand that tomorrow is digital not conventional buying like they started with.

I sincerely hope there next release will improve overall customer experience. Best of luck.

I live and was born in Saudi Arabia, I try to find a store that sells art crafts & supplies, Electronics, Smartphones, Etc.. Until I found this, It saved my life, It has school supplies,Toys, Everything I need, I really recommend Going to jarir bookstore at any branch!! Although I don’t really buy from this app, But I search for things and when I go to the store I ask the cashier worker of the thing I found online.
