First, there is no way to contact your support so I have filed a support ticket with Apple. After your last couple of updates there is no notifications of a motion alert. Also a lot of options are suddenly missing. Tried everything network/notification/permissions-wise on my side so I’m certain the issue is on JAWA’s side. Maybe you guys should roll back your last couple of updates as at least the app was functional back then. Also the broken English throughout the app makes me question how secure anything saved on your servers are. Hopefully the Chinese government doesn’t need a view of my front door. I understand the language barrier but not putting in the effort to properly translate in a concise way feels akin to an extended warranty call. Please roll back your updates.

Finally has an update after a year and guess what? They added ads….you have to view an Ad every time you check your camera or basically anything. I’m getting rid of my cameras and this app and never fooling with this company again. Complete garbage. I mean how can you make a terrible app even worse? Adding advertisements is a slap in the face. Never again. Do not get this app and do yourself a favor and don’t buy anymore cameras made in china. Stay away

Why oh why did you add ads? Now it's virtually unusable. 30 second ad to view your camera? Nonsense. I will be deleting and getting something better. I've had these cameras for 3 years and loved them. The app wasn't great but I could view what was happening in my home easily. Now they are only good enough for the trash. So disappointing.
