Jawwy 4+

It feels like this service is run by interns or by people who don’t care, what’s the point of jawwy? Bad app design and bad website, not being able to communicate with CS and worst deals of all service providers. What hit the final nail in the coffin is that they force you to turn off VPN to use the app, the ONLY way you could interact with your service. Well excuse me for not willing to give you my private information to your saudi intel.

Seriously, this jawwy thing has to go away, it’s an embarrassment.

I’m trying to switch to an esim but the app is not letting me. When I enter my information and hit proceed to payment, the app asks to enter my phone number. And when I do that, it tells me that the number can’t be the same number that l’m swapping! Well, this is the only phone number I have, what do you want me to do?!!

Plus, why do I even have to go through all that? Why don’t you just issue an esim to all of your customers like the other carrier services in the world?

Customer service only available through online chat. Not a problem for me. The issue is that they are very very slow. It will take more than 10 mins between every chat you send till you receive an answer. Also most of their replies are copy and paste, NOT directly relevant to the customer concerns! I’m disappointed. I was a customer when they first started Jawwy and I was satisfied but today they are the worst so I had to switch to another carrier.
